• Prepare and submit RFP and RFQ proposals for Infrastructure, Waste Management, Oil & Gas, and Engineering projects.
• Develop competitive bid strategies and accurate cost estimates in coordination with internal sales and technical teams.
• Ensure all submissions meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and deadlines.
• Collaborate with OEMs, JV partners, and consultants on projects across the GCC region.
• Support preparation of commercial proposals including contracts, technical narratives, NDAs, and teaming agreements while mitigating commercial and safety risks.
