Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on telesales leader who can build this function from scratch — hiring, structuring, training, and scaling a high-performing outbound team.
This is a build-phase leadership role with clear opportunity to grow into Head of Telesales as the team scales.
What You’ll Build
You will:
- Hire and train an initial team of 3–5 telesales reps
- Design outbound workflows for:
- Abandoned cart recovery
- Subscription conversion
- Subscription reactivation
- Cross-sell and upsell campaigns
- Develop call scripts and objection frameworks
- Implement performance tracking and QA systems
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging
- Help select and implement dialer + CRM systems
- Ensure ethical and compliant supplement sales practices
