Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on telesales leader who can build this function from scratch — hiring, structuring, training, and scaling a high-performing outbound team.

This is a build-phase leadership role with clear opportunity to grow into Head of Telesales as the team scales.

What You’ll Build

You will:

  • Hire and train an initial team of 3–5 telesales reps
  • Design outbound workflows for:
    • Abandoned cart recovery
    • Subscription conversion
    • Subscription reactivation
    • Cross-sell and upsell campaigns
  • Develop call scripts and objection frameworks
  • Implement performance tracking and QA systems
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging
  • Help select and implement dialer + CRM systems
  • Ensure ethical and compliant supplement sales practices
