The Sr. Telecommunication Specialist serves as expert in the technical aspects of video/voice networks and communication technologies. Responsible for design, architecture, installation, modification and maintenance of voice, fax, and video telecommunications systems and services. Performs all services necessary to design, install and move telephone and voice connections including, but not limited to, programming software, basic automatic call distribution applications, call processing applications and other voice applications. Performs all services to repair and troubleshoot pagers, paging systems, wireless and cordless communications systems and telephone connections.
