Senior Telecom Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Telecom Engineer to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Telecom Engineer, you will own the full lifecycle of enterprise network solutions — from requirements gathering and design through build, deployment, and production certification. You'll lead a portfolio of projects of varying scales, serving as the primary owner of all Telecom Operations deliverables and coordinating cross-functional resources to drive successful outcomes.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable enterprise network designs using proven engineering standards and best practices
  • Produce comprehensive design documentation and maintain accurate as-built records throughout the project lifecycle
