Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple technology projects from initiation through deployment and post-production support.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, business analysts, and client stakeholders.
- Drive Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
