Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring/maintaining shiftly good yield and settling process issues encountered during the shift (4M,1E) and reporting shiftly process status.
  • Machine set‑up/optimization.
  • Machine/Process buy‑off and monitoring SPC (Golden Unit/Shear test/Placement measurements).
  • Carry out/execute Engineering Evaluation/DOE.
  • Reject verification and disposition.
  • Monitor operator compliance to process procedure.
  • Buy‑off/qualify newly trained operators.
  • First‑level failure analysis for VMI/Aligner defects.
  • Perform tasks given by superior, engineer or manager.

Education & Experience

  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Technology/Engineering.
  • Experience in Optical Alignment/Die Attach process is an advantage.
