Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring process issues and resolving issues within the shift. He will cover Middle of Line processess which are mainly Aligner process (Lens1, TxCol, Lens Array) and Attach process (Mux, Pmux, Demux SA)
  • Monitor the shiftly yield.
  • Machine set‑up, optimization and buy‑off.
  • Reject disposition and verification.
  • Training of trainers/operators for new processes.
  • Carry out Engineering DOE/Evaluation/SBR

Education & Experience

  • Diploma in Technology (Electronics, Eletrical, Mechanical, Industrial).

Skills

  • Experience in aligner process is an advantage.
  • SPC
  • Windows (Excel, Word, PPT)

Working Conditions

  • This role is 100% onsite.
  • Work on shift: Q/R/S
