Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities.

Ensure to meet cycle time and zero quality issue.

Support electrical testing and data-logging of integrated circuit devices using automated test equipment.

Bench testing and debugging of reliability test circuits / boards verification.

Operation of measurement equipment such as curve tracer, oscilloscope and multimeters for supporting in-house calibration activities.

Know-how in reliability stress testing e.g.. Environmental, Electrical/ Functional, and acoustics stress testing.

Reliability engineering support responsibilities may be assigned on an as needed basis.

Participation in RCCA efforts and assist engineer in reliability activities.
