SUMMARY
The Senior Microsoft 365 Technician is a subject matter expert responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments across a portfolio of managed services clients. This role combines advanced technical troubleshooting, billable project execution, and technical leadership to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable Microsoft cloud environments.
This is a senior, escalation-level role within the Managed Services team and requires deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft security solutions.
