Senior Technician

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Repair and Service Work

· Supervise and ensure all repair and service tasks are performed accurately according to the Repair Order.

· Guide junior technicians in completing jobs efficiently and in compliance with technical standards.

· Take initiative in supporting superiors on operational tasks, training, and team coordination.

2. Ensure Accurate Diagnostics and First-Time Fix

· Lead accurate diagnosis of vehicle complaints to ensure issues are resolved correctly the first time.

· Support troubleshooting efforts and provide technical advice to team members when needed.

3. Manage Equipment and Tool Utilization

· Ensure proper maintenance and optimal use of all service equipment and tools in the workshop.

· Monitor tool inventory and report any damage or loss promptly to maintain readiness.
