SUMMARY The Senior Google Workspace Technician serves as a subject matter expert responsible for architecting, implementing, supporting, and optimizing Google Workspace environments across a portfolio of managed services clients. This role combines advanced technical troubleshooting, billable project execution, and technical leadership to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing collaboration environments. This is a senior escalation-level position within the Managed Services team and requires deep expertise in Google Workspace administration, identity management, email systems, and cloud security best practices.
