Key Responsibilities Department & Technical Management Oversee daily operations of the Electronic and Mechanical Repair Department. Ensure service levels are consistently maintained in line with company standards. Allocate and prioritise repairs via the mechanical repair board. Address technical issues raised in daily meetings and escalateto where necessary. Provide technical guidance and support on complex queries and repairs. Ensure all solutions and updates are effectively communicated to the team. Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop technical team members. Ensure staff are trained and updated on product changes and technical developments. Oversee internal product training initiatives. Client & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring service excellence. Support warranty processes, including authorisation of warranty claims.
