Documentation Leadership & Governance
- Establish documentation templates, style standards, formatting guidelines, and version control processes
- Create and manage a unified documentation roadmap aligned to project priorities and Salesforce migration timelines
- Oversee the work of 2–3 Technical Writers (contingent resources), ensuring consistency and adherence to standards
Content Development
- Conduct SME interviews and requirements-gathering sessions across BDR Ops, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and related teams
- Produce high-quality documentation for complex processes, including:
- Lead lifecycle and scoring
- Lead/account routing (L2A, assignment logic)
- Campaign workflows
- Opportunity creation, handoff, re-engagement
- Data hygiene and merge processes
- Tools documentation (Salesforce, SalesLoft, dashboards, etc.)
