Documentation Leadership & Governance

  • Establish documentation templates, style standards, formatting guidelines, and version control processes
  • Create and manage a unified documentation roadmap aligned to project priorities and Salesforce migration timelines
  • Oversee the work of 2–3 Technical Writers (contingent resources), ensuring consistency and adherence to standards

Content Development

  • Conduct SME interviews and requirements-gathering sessions across BDR Ops, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and related teams
  • Produce high-quality documentation for complex processes, including:
  • Lead lifecycle and scoring
  • Lead/account routing (L2A, assignment logic)
  • Campaign workflows
  • Opportunity creation, handoff, re-engagement
  • Data hygiene and merge processes
  • Tools documentation (Salesforce, SalesLoft, dashboards, etc.)
