We areseekinga highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to join ourAECOTrust organization within Autodesk AEC Solutions. This role will partner closely with Trust leadership and senior stakeholders across engineering, security, reliability, and operations to enable and operationalize Trust initiatives at scale.

The TPM will act as apseudochief of stafffor the AECO Trust organization—driving coordination, visibility, metrics, and execution across multiple Trust programs without being the subject-matter expert in each domain. Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, strong organizational and communication skills, comfortoperatingin ambiguity, and the ability to build durable relationships across technical and non-technical teams.

This role is execution-heavy and impact-driven, focused on improving transparency, strengthening operational rigor, and increasing executive confidence in Trust outcomes.
