Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST 1 position include, but are not limited to:
- Change & Vendor Management Supports technical teams across departments and/or divisional sections to research, evaluate, acquire, implement and support enterprise software and infrastructure solutions.
- Develops, manages and reports on detailed project plans, including scope, resources, milestones, deliverables, risks and critical success factors.
- Supports hardware and software change management, vendor relations, risk assessments, and the preparation and evaluation of RFPs, RFQs and RFIs.
- Enterprise Infrastructure Operations Supports capacity planning, sustainability planning, state of positive repair of the TSD managed Citys infrastructure.
- Budget, People Leadership & Compliance Provides input into and administers assigned budgets, ensuring expenditures are controlled within approved limits. ...
