Job Summary
AVL India is looking for an experienced Sr. Technical Support Engineer to join its Global Support Organization. The role focuses on advanced technical troubleshooting, diagnostics, root cause analysis, and system validation for automotive measurement and e-Power technologies.
The ideal candidate should have experience in automotive validation, embedded systems, firmware testing, and debugging complex hardware/software issues.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and troubleshoot escalated customer issues.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using system logs and field data.
Reproduce customer issues in laboratory environments.
Debug hardware, firmware, and software-related problems.
Work closely with Product Development, R&D, and Application Engineering teams.
Document troubleshooting procedures and technical solutions.
