What will your responsibilities be?
- Resolve complex incidents related to networking environments (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, proxies, VoIP).
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Manage high-impact technical escalations under defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to escalate systemic issues and improve the platform.
- Ensure clear technical communication with customers during incident resolution.
