Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Own Tier 3 escalations end-to-end: isolate and reproduce issues, and diagnose via logs, monitoring, system telemetry, and customer consults.
- Handle a mix of front-line tickets, flexing into Tier 1/2 queue coverage during surges to meet response and resolution targets.
- Troubleshoot email deliverability across customer email gateways, filters, firewalls, and API providers.
- Support customer identity and provisioning integrations across Entra ID, Okta, and Google Workspace, and advise on secure configuration best practices.
