The Senior Technical Support Analyst/Junior System Administrator is responsible for supporting the comprehensive technology platforms for the Business by managing and coordinating all day-to-day activities for our client, while acting as a liaison between their vendors and the businesses requirements.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, personable and a multi-skilled IT professional with excellent all-round technical expertise. They require knowledge of systems, hardware, technical support, macOS, Windows, Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk, and multi-office remote infrastructure management. They must possess tech-functional communication skills with the ability to convey complex details in simple terminology for senior leadership executives.
