The IP & Security Technical Specialist / Senior Technical Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the performance, availability, and customer experience of the Optus Network. This is achieved through hands-on operational execution and the technical governance of suppliers, focusing on service assurance areas such as Change, Problem, and Incident Management.

 

The role is part of a Tier 2 Network Operations team based in the Optus Network Operations Centre in Macquarie Park and we are looking to fulfil roles that involve 24x7 as well as 9-5 rostered coverage.
