In this role you will:
Provide operational System Support: L1 and L2 support of real-time trading systems, including resolving issues throughout the trading day, setting customizations, and providing trading system subject matter expertise directly with traders. Technical and Data Analysis: Perform in-depth investigations into trading system behaviors on an aggregate basis for performance monitoring, and per-order basis for algorithmic behavior research, identifying and explaining anomalous behaviors and making recommendations for improving performance and reducing operational risk.Product and System Analysis: Map business priorities onto possible system design solutions and potential product road mapping.
