About the RoleWe are looking for a hands‐on and technically skilled After‐Sales Engineer to join our team in Spain.You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing top‐tier technical support, troubleshooting, and training for our cutting‐edge LED display solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Repair: Handle online and on‐site troubleshooting for LED displays.Conduct RMA repairs at our Spanish office and resolve quality issues reported by customers.Project Execution: Perform on‐site surveys, prepare installation quotes, and manage the full installation, debugging, and final delivery of projects.Training & Demos: Provide technical training to partners and clients on installation and troubleshooting.Maintain showroom samples and set up demo screens for client presentations.Service Management: Prepare service quotations for paid requests and follow up on service execution and payment collection.What We Are Looking ForEducational Background: Degree in ...
