MSP Clients .

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiating, and onboarding) for Direct MSP clients .
Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job boards (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media to source top-tier IT talent (Developers, Architects, Data Scientists, etc.).
ATS Mastery: Use JobDiva effectively to manage candidate pipelines, track submissions, and ensure data ...
