Senior Technical Recruiter

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and
  placement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, becoming a trusted
  partner on both sides.
• Strategically source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and Titan’s internal
  ATS.
• Coach and prepare candidates for interviews, ensuring the best possible match and experience.
• Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver top-tier talent.
• Ensure data integrity and activity tracking in Bullhorn.

Qualifications:

• You have a University or College degree
• 2–5+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or internal), preferably in staffing or high-
  growth sectors.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
