Responsibilities
- Full cycle recruiting - you will own roles from start-to-finish!
- Working closely with our Engineering department to help find them the best developers.
- Source, screen and interview potential candidates through job boards, postings, inbound leads, and outbound messaging.
- Schedule and conduct interviews through Zoom.
- Coordinate with hiring managers + support second round interviews.
- Send offer letters.
- Adapt to the role as needed.
