About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with our U.S.-based sales and delivery teams in identifying, engaging, and hiring top IT talent. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in IT recruiting and talent acquisition from sourcing to closing. A strong understanding of technical roles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is a remote, full-time position that requires working Pacific Time hours .

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identify, engage, and qualify candidates through job boards, professional networks, and referrals to build a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.
