Job Title: IT Recruiter – US Staffing

Experience: Minimum 4 Years (US Staffing only)

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days Office & 2 Days Remote

Shift: EST / US Hours

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter with strong expertise in US staffing. The ideal candidate is proactive, understands the urgency of client needs, and is hands-on with JobDiva. Strong command over W2 hiring is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US clients – sourcing, screening, submitting, coordinating interviews, and closing
  • Work extensively on JobDiva ATS for candidate management and job submissions
  • Identify top IT talent through job portals, databases, social networks, and referrals
  • Strong understanding of US employment types (W2 Mandatory, 1099, C2C, Corp-to-Corp)
