Job Description
Crewlogix is seeking a proactive and experienced Technical Recruiter with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in hiring for software and IT roles. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end technical recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, collaborate closely with technical teams, and support employer branding initiatives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Technical Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical roles including developers, QA, DevOps, AI/ML, and product roles
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and proactive headhunting
Screen resumes and conduct initial technical interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers and technical leads to understand role requirements and team needs
Schedule and manage interviews, feedback, and offer processes
Maintain a strong pipeline for current and future technical hiring needs
