**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior** **Technical Recruiter** to join our team in **Herndon VA.** You will leverage your extensive recruiting expertise and leadership skills to support Intel and Defense efforts, ensuring the mission is staffed with top-tier technical professionals across a variety of complex programs.
**This position requires onsite support 2-3 days a week.**
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for high-level technical positions while partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for niche talent.
+ Acting as a trusted advisor to offer recommendations, guidance, and direction for strategic hiring, market intelligence, hiring mechanics, and hiring compliance.
