  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles within the banking sector (Software & Development, IT, Digital, Data, Cybersecurity).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
  • Proven experience hiring for the banking or financial services sector is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles and IT profiles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English is required.
