HopHR is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to handle recruitment for mid-to-senior technical roles while integrating AI into recruiting workflows. This remote position focuses on helping clients and enhancing recruiting practices while working closely with senior recruiters and engineering teams.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of technical recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and an eagerness to learn about AI. This role provides a growth path towards a Principal seat within 18–24 months.
