Job Description

Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to support Loyalty Program initiatives.

Duration: Until December , to start

Location: Brampton - 3-4 days to start then flexible to 1-2 days/week onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Loyalty Program initiatives, including POS implementation across retail locations
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans spanning business, technology, operations, and vendor teams
  • Partner closely with store operations and technology teams to ensure seamless rollout and adoption
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive delivery discipline across multiple workstreams
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and critical path items
  • Prepare executive-level materials, including steering committee decks and status reporting
