Job Description

Our client, a 2006-founded Softwarehouse from Warsaw is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join their team. The team works for their biggest client – a US platform for reviewing business cooperations.

As a Senior TPO, your main tasks will be:

  • Servant – leading one or more scrum teams
  • Coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality
  • Helping the scrum team focus on creating high-value increments
  • Removing impediments hindering the teams’ success.
  • Ensuring that scrum ceremonies are productive and that retrospectives produce actionable results
  • Having your eye on the teams’ health, identifying potential problems, and taking corrective action where needed
  • Bringing ideas for making scrum work well between teams and departments

    • Must-haves:

  • Scrum experience
  • Communication skills
  • English language on a fluent level
  • Leadership skill
