Insight global is looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager to help stabilize and run point on their intake + governance process across the PMO.
This individual will serve as the central operator for incoming work — managing requests, coordinating with business analysts, and keeping everything moving across teams.
Right now, the process is messy and evolving. This person will step in to:
• Own the front door (Request for Service intake)
• Assign and track work going to BAs
• Help unblock teams and follow-ups
• Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and timelines
• Bring structure and consistency to how workflows through the PMO
This is a high-impact role that directly helps leadership get out of the weeds and keeps the organization from dropping things. This PM will also partner with PMO leadership on resource assignment and forecasting, helping align incoming demand with available capacity.
