The salary range (based on a 35‑hour workweek) is 118,700 – 145,100. Annual bonus target is 15% of base salary, with potential payout up to double the target based on personal and company performance. Employees also participate in the Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) with Intact matching 50% of net shares. Pension offerings provide long‑term security, including a defined‑benefit plan that can deliver guaranteed income for life.
