We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) Engineering organization. This is a high-impact role where you will drive the execution of complex, cross-functional programs that define the future of physical security—from AI-powered cameras to cloud-based access management systems. In this role you will report directly to the AVP of Engineering, Video & Access Control, serving as a strategic partner to engineering leadership and a primary driver of technical delivery.

The Role

As a TPM, you are more than a project manager; you are a technical leader who understands the how as well as the when. You will navigate the intersection of hardware, firmware, cloud software, and AI analytics, orchestrating the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring our roadmap is translated into high-quality, scalable solutions that protect people and property worldwide.
