Lead an optical interconnect project in Ottawa; coordinate multi‑disciplinary R&D teams; develop Gantt plans from technical path through high‑volume production; align priorities, manage risk, timelines, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive program execution (milestones, risk, dependencies); lead agile ceremonies; cultivate relationships; communicate status/risks/resources/decisions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years Technical Program/Product Management leading optical component/system projects from R&D to HVM; familiarity with optical comms/photonics/semiconductors/high‑speed systems; excellent communication.
