Frontier AI is moving faster than infrastructure has ever had to keep up with. We're hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to deliver server and GPU capacity at gigawatt scale — staying ahead of customer demand, frontier model needs, and the next wave of generative AI.
You'll own two programs at the heart of how AWS scales for AI. The first keeps capacity ahead of an unprecedented demand signal, partnering across software, hardware, supply chain, networking, datacenter engineering, power, compliance, and finance. The second is a brand-new program — one you'll get to define and build — that shapes priorities for thousands of builders to reduce friction for AWS engineers and service teams operating in Government regions, and drives critical decision making with highly visible leadership reporting.
