Senior Technical Program Manager, Copilot

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPgM) to lead initiatives focused on model response quality and broader program architecture, ensuring our AI systems deliver accurate, safe, and user-aligned outputs. You will also support cross-cutting efforts across Copilot, helping to design and scale operational frameworks. You will own the end-to-end model feedback process, including coordination across Research, Engineering, Data, and Product teams. You’ll drive improvements based on production usage, manage vendor relationships for human evaluation, and develop scalable feedback loops and infrastructure.
