Senior Technical Program Manager

About the role:

We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Senior Technical Program Manager to support our Research & Development (R&D) team. This is an individual contributor role and will work closely with the leadership team to manage cross-functional technical projects, optimise operational processes.

The role requires strong knowledge of software development methodologies, cloud technologies, fin-ops, excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end delivery of engineering and infrastructure programs.
• Define program governance, timelines, and execution plans.
• Drive delivery across CI/CD, release engineering, SRE, and production operations.
