Talent International have partnered with one of the leading providers of professional IT management services in Australia and is currently on the lookout for their next Senior Technical Manager/Pre-Sales Engineer. The organization prides itself on offering customers piece of mind when it comes to their IT systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide exceptional L3 support to multiple customers across ANZ,
  • Work on internal and external projects,
  • Pre-Sales for new projects and customers,
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers,
  • Assisting with regular client reporting,
  • Mentor Junior team members.

    • Required experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology,
  • Strong experience working with Networking and Firewall tools such as Meraki/Fortigate,
  • Experience working with Hyper-v,
  • Strong CISCO and Windows server exper...
