What success looks like in this role:
Provides the full range of Field Engineering support for an assigned base of large and complex enterprise clients.
Takes complete ownership of onsite service activities, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Performs advanced-level maintenance on products and systems, including installation activities of low to medium complexity.
Uses advanced tools and technical expertise to resolve client problems and conduct scheduled installs.
Provides technical feedback on equipment, systems, and processes to improve overall service delivery.
Identifies and resolves systemic issues within the team, contributing to continuous improvement.
Proactively supports team members by offering technical assistance and expertise.
Contributes to improved client service metrics, reporting, and documentation.
