Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to lead the technical delivery, validation, and production operations of BOT solutions (ChatBOT, EmailBOT, VoiceBOT). The role involves designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining customer-facing BOT journeys by leveraging advanced AI technologies. The candidate will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integration with core airline systems while delivering highly available, scalable, and personalized solutions.
Must Have Skills (Mandatory)
* Proven experience with airline systems such as Reservation Systems, Departure Control Systems, and Customer Engagement Platforms.
* Strong understanding of automation technologies and conversational AI (ChatBOT, EmailBOT, VoiceBOT).
