The Role

To ensure successful wave execution, you will lead technical execution of SharePoint/OneDrive/ODSP migration waves during your shift, ensuring runbook adherence and predictable throughput. You will own shift triage for failures, focusing on throttling, permissions mapping issues, blocked files, metadata/versioning exceptions, large list/library constraints, and URL/path constraints.
