Senior Technical Associate – location: Waterloo, Ontario . We are a fast‑paced, forward‑looking organization working with big coffee and beverage brands. This role focuses on the installation, set‑up, repair and ongoing maintenance of VHCS equipment to ensure customer satisfaction and beverage quality.

Responsibilities

  • Service and maintain customer equipment.
  • Travel to customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment.
  • Install machines at customer locations.
  • Maintain adequate parts levels in service truck for equipment repairs.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.
  • At least 1 year in a similar technical role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude – experience with electronics, plumbing or electrical systems.
