Job Description

Sage HR in Barcelona is seeking a hands‑on Technical Architect to shape the technical direction of Sage HR's core product. You will work closely with product managers, engineers and leaders to define patterns, guide teams, and ensure scalable, service‑ and event‑driven architecture. Hybrid role with 3 days per week in the Barcelona office. You’ll mentor engineers, drive architectural standards, and champion modern practices, including AI-assisted development where appropriate.
