Job Description
•Planning & managing IT projects and exercise prudent project management principles to implement the projects/system enhancements successfully.• Supervise the technical team, managing work assignments and skill resources in delivering quality output and meeting project deadlines.
• Design, analyse, code and test programs for system development / enhancements in accordance with user specifications
• Provide application support, performance and problem resolution activities and be responsive to the needs and meeting user demands.
• Ensure the smooth implementation of Projects & URS enhancements on time and within budget.
• Ensure system availability and meet SLA.
• Ensure timely resolution of application problems.
• Ensure compliance of IT standards / policies, QA SDLC procedures and Audit requirements.- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience in IT Application delivery and support or IT Project Management.
