BAO Tech Operations Engineer – Senior Level

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to join our BAO TAX TechOps Team in Bucharest. In this role, you'll work alongside other engineers to deliver and support IT services hosted on Microsoft Azure IaaS, PaaS, and Kubernetes. You'll be responsible for managing application releases, resolving complex incidents, and ensuring the reliability of our technology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and support IT services in Azure IaaS, PaaS and Kubernetes environments

Manage application releases and pipelines using Azure DevOps

Troubleshoot and resolve third-level incidents

Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to overcome challenges and deliver quality service

Understand and manage the architecture of all applications in the portfolio
