This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Tech Lead located in Salem. The Senior Tech Lead will oversee technical teams, guide the design and implementation of solutions, and ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed. The role also involves leading the architecture and development of scalable and high-performing software applications.

Qualifications

Must:

1) Enforce code standards Git, Code Review.

2) Cloud Expertise (Any one cloud) (AWS/ AZURE/ GCP) 

3) Extremely Good in any one Programming language in Backend (Python/ JAVA/ Node JS/ C# / DOTNET)
