Senior Tech Lead


Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

Your key responsibilities

  • You will support clients in their technology transformation, acting as a PM advisor and bringing insights from emerging technologies to R&D‑oriented initiatives.

  • You will translate client requirements into recommendations, collaborating with R&D teams and contributing to PoCs and solution validation.

  • You will coordinate with EY teams to align delivery and R&D objectives, ensuring milestones, budgets, and expectations are met.

  • You will oversee project progress, including transparent reporting of R&D deliverables.

  • You will enhance project workflows by integrating development practices into R&D processes and shaping PM tools and frameworks that support innovation projects.<...
